AskGamblers is an online casino review portal established in 2006 and headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia. It publishes expert casino reviews alongside reviews and ratings from its members, and scores casinos from 1 to 10 with its CasinoRank algorithm, which weighs factors such as licensing, payment options, complaint history and player reviews.
The AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service (AGCCS), launched in 2009, offers free mediation between players and online casinos. For the affiliate side of the industry, AskGamblers keeps a directory of casino affiliate programs with reviews and ratings, and affiliates can submit complaints about listed programs, with AskGamblers acting as mediator.
AskGamblers is part of Gentoo Media Inc. (formerly Gaming Innovation Group Inc.), which completed its acquisition of the site from Catena Media on 31 January 2023. The site is available in English, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
