The Artha Partner Program is the referral program of Artha Job Board, software for creating and monetizing niche job boards with features such as AI candidate matching, resume parsing and a feed of job ads. The platform is provided by AJB AI Labs Private Limited, based in Surat, Gujarat, India.
Partners sign up for an Artha account, get a personal dashboard and referral link, and share it through any channel. Commission is tiered by conversions: 25% from the first conversion (Advocate), 30% at 100 conversions (Champion) and 40% at 200 or more (Ambassador), on revenue from referrals for a year. Referral links are valid for 60 days, and referred users get 20% off any plan in their first year.
Commissions are held as pending for 30 days after a referred user buys a paid plan and are then released for payout to the partner’s PayPal account. The program targets recruitment agencies, associations, creators and communities, and partners can access brand guidelines, logos and co-branded pages.
