MyFitnessPal has joined ChatGPT Health, OpenAIโ€™s new dedicated health platform. The integration allows ChatGPTโ€™s 800 million weekly users to get personalized nutrition advice, meal planning, and recipes directly through conversational interactions.

ChatGPT Health, launched on January 6, is a separate space within ChatGPT for health and wellness.

Users can now ask questions like โ€œWhatโ€™s a healthy dinner option?โ€ or โ€œGive me high protein mealsโ€ and receive tailored responses using MyFitnessPalโ€™s database of over 20 million foods and 2,000 recipes.

The AI also provides macro recommendations and daily calorie targets based on user goals.

Ashley Alexander, VP of Health Products at OpenAI, said, โ€œBy bringing trusted brands like MyFitnessPal into ChatGPT, we make the experience more useful and personalized.โ€
