We are happy to announce new version of Affiliate Booster Blocks.
It's version 2.1.6 now.
We released this update after more than a month because we are working on some of the exciting features. We have added many new features, and made some CSS tweaks to make this plugin one of the best plugins to affiliates.
Let's see what all changes have we done.
#1. Gradient and Glimmer Option in Buttons
Apart from adding these new options, we have changed the default color of all the button and now they are looking more professional.
Gradient Options
We have added gradient option in all of the blocks.
Simple go in the color options in the button and find these settings.
Here is the button with default gradients.
We have done one essential setting in the buttons as well, which was missing in the previous versions.
Now all the buttons will have by default rel=”nofollow” option.
Glimmer Option
Now you can have nice shinny/glimmer effect in all of your buttons just by activating one setting.
#2. SSO authentication
We have removed the key activation completely and now you can activate the plugin (and theme) just by doing the login with your username and password.
We did this to stop the unauthorized license sharing.
Note: We have done the setting that anyone can change the username without any authentication if your username and password have been shared with someone. So be cautious before sharing your login with anyone.

#3. Powerful Schema in “AB Key Points Block.”
Key points block has super powerful schema now which is going to help you make Google happy.
This block can be used to promote any kind of the services and Google with fetch the schema data from your blog.
Here is one example of block created to promote a course.
Note: We recommend using this block only once in a blog post, otherwise Google will get confused by seeing so many schemas. If you want to use this block more than once, make sure that Schema is active in only one block.

To add schema in this block, we can activate schema by going in General Settings.
As soon as it is activated, you'll see one more tab for the Schema settings.
Now the real game begins.
Here you can pick your schema from 3 main schemas.
Pick you schema, do all the settings and Google is going to show this in the search results. 😍

You can use this block to promote various coupons in your blog posts and create a specific coupon page on your blog to show hand-picked options.
Apart from all these new editions, we have tweaked many CSS to fix some paddings, spacing, designs, options and many other things to give you an ease while creating the blocks.
